We create high-quality handmade products which might have small differences. We try our best effort to achieve this high quality of linen products. Whether your product has major defects, you have to take a photo of the product (mentioning the defect) and send us via email ([email protected]). You also have to send us a photo of the invoice and a photo of the arrived date in 3 days. If by error you made an order send us an email as soon as possible in 1 day to cancel the order.
